Age: 10 years +
Grade: Minimum grade Yellow Belt
What to Wear: Full uniform and belt are required for the traditional training sections. For sparring, you’ll have the option to switch into the A.T.U.K. T-shirt.
What to Bring: Please bring your own sparring equipment, plenty of water, and food/snacks to keep your energy up during the breaks throughout the day.
